c. Information from Employers

If your employer has enrolled you in the Service, we may receive your name and employer-assigned identifiers from your employer in order to grant you access.

Respond to your questions using your employer's plan documents
Improve the accuracy and performance of the AI system
Communicate with you about the Service (e.g., account notices, updates)

With your employer: Aggregated or de-identified usage data may be shared with your employer to help them understand how employees are using the Service. We do not share individual conversation content with employers without your consent, except as required by law.
With service providers: We work with third-party vendors who assist in operating the Service (e.g., cloud hosting, AI infrastructure). These vendors are contractually required to handle your information securely and only as directed by us.
For legal compliance: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Benefit-Assist, our users, or the public.
